1. What kinds of electric bikes do you sell? We stock commuter-friendly and leisure e-bikes for adults. This includes models with step-thru frames, fat tires, and mid-drive motors. All bikes are pedal-assist with throttle, so you get a boost when you pedal or use the throttle alone for short bursts.
2. Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from our US warehouses to give you the best speed and cost reliability.
3. What are the shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping at $15. This takes 7-14 business days for delivery after dispatch. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order leaves our warehouse. We do not provide expedited shipping at this time.
4. What is your return policy? You can return an unused bike within 7 days of delivery. But, if the bike is damaged, let us know right away. Returned items must be in original OEM packaging with all accessories and manual. You, the customer, pay for return shipping, unless agreed item is defective, missing, or the wrong part.
5. Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email you provided, and you can track with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier is assigned for your route.
6. How is bike assembled upon delivery? Bikes ship mostly assembled, but they do need a minor assembly. You will attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include the needed tools and an instruction of easy assembly. Break pads will need adjustment maybe within the first few rides.
7. What is the max range per barge? Full charge varies by model, but we're rated anywhere from 35-50+ miles depending on motor assist level, rider weight, terrain and tire pressure. Use pedal assist mode you can optimize the range. We list the estimated range for each model in its specs.
8. Are your electric bikes street legal? Yes, all our models are Class 2 e-bikes with a top speed of 20 mph and a 750W motor. They require no license, registration, or insurance. Always check local regulations for age and helmet requirements.
